CCM Events is excited about The Park Hill Arts Festival's Holiday Handmade Gift Market November 23 & 24th, 2018 in the heart of Denver's historic Park Hill neighborhood!

Here are some FAQ's you artists might be asking......

Where is the site of the festival?  

Inside the Park Hill Masonic Lodge, 4819 E Montview Blvd, Denver, CO  80207
 
When can we load in?

WEDNESDAY NOV. 21 from 12 PM TO 7 PM & FRIDAY NOV 23 from 6:30 am to 8:30 am

When do we need to be all packed up and gone on Saturday? 

8 pm Saturday night.

Why are images required if there are no requirements for entry other than payment?

Acceptance to the show is up to the discretion of the director. We will use the images to make sure the work is all handmade. We also need images to help market the event. You are helping us help you.

How will the booths be separated since there won't be tents?

All areas will be clearly marked. Each artists display will define their area.

Since no electricity is available,  is there a lot of lighting so artists' wares will still look great. 

Unless you have a battery set up, leave the Christmas lights at home. The lighting is good in the lodge and there shouldn’t be an issue We will get some pics up ASAP.

Is their elevator access for the second floor room?

Yes, there is a small elevator to access the second floor. We will be able to use it for load in.

How will you let people know that the show is inside?  Great big signage on the building?  Big signs at Colorado?  What advertising will you be doing?

When is the app deadline for this show?

Sept. 15th BUT.... ALL SPOTS ARE FIRST COME/ FIRST SERVE

When is the cancellation deadline for this show?

ANYTIME BUT NO REFUNDS AFTER ACCEPTANCE

What type of over night security will you be providing?

The building is secure with camera system, alarm, and full time on site manager.
